Efficient Process Design

Materials are created and sent with regulatory demands in mind so that content is received by the shareholder with plenty of time to access materials, and potentially vote prior to generation of additional paper materials.

Proxy Ballots

For shareholders who have specified printed material fulfillment as their preference, a printed annual report, proxy statement (booklet bound in with shareholder information) and proxy ballot are generated, printed and mailed.

In addition, DST Output can produce “smart ballots” which are individual ballots that include all proposals for which a shareholder is eligible to vote based on his or her combined holdings, thereby further decreasing the number of printed and mailed packets.
