Proxy Voting Via Internet and IVR

Since 1997, eProxy has provided electronic proxy voting to thousands of companies through some of the industry's largest stock transfer agents.  eProxy facilitates shareholder proxy voting through an efficient and customized electronic delivery process that utilizes the power of the Internet or the convenience of telephone voting.

This robust communication tool offers a wide range of functionality, much of which is only available through eProxy such as the ability to require up-front designation of delivery preference for future proxy votes, the accommodation of multiple director proposals in various positions, and the ability to mask individual proposals at the issue level based on holdings.  

Best of all, you can easily modify eProxy to fit your voting needs because customization functionality is built in.  Security includes dual levels of shareholder authentication and lock out parameters.

Consent, Preference Gathering and Electronic Delivery

DST Output collects and manages shareholder delivery preferences for proxy materials through our eConsent product.  Once consent is gathered, emailed links to electronic versions of the annual report, proxy statement and proxy card are sent to consented shareholders.

Automated online tools provide easy set up of customized proxy voting and consent sites, offering the ability to support Notice and Access and to integrate with the issuer’s or investment company’s website.

In addition to a consent website, the capability to integrate consent collection during the electronic voting process is also available. This promotes consent for electronic delivery and eliminates the need for shareholders to give consent on a separate site.  Detailed reporting gives companies a more complete picture of the consent status and method of delivery.

Website Document Hosting

DST Output offers hosting of readable and printable formats of the annual report, proxy statement and proxy ballot, as well as any additional materials.  The website facilitates shareholder requests to receive the material via email or in printed form via postal mail, and to make such delivery requests applicable for all future mailings.  In addition, the website provides shareholders with access to online voting of their proxy ballots.
