To further solidify this commitment, and to more effectively manage postage services for our clients, we are pleased to announce the formation of a new business entity – DST Mailing Services, Inc. This new business, an affiliate of DST Output, LLC, handles all postage procurement activities and manages our relationship with the United States Postal Service ®, on behalf of our clients.

Because our clients place such a strong focus on postal optimization, evident in every step of the print production and mailing processes, we are uniquely positioned to help enhance our clients’ productivity.

DST Mailing Services will focus on managing postage-related services such as postal compliance, automated postage payment, postage advance accounts (postage deposits, escrow accounts) and management of presort vendors and international mail.

At the same time, DST Output will focus on helping customers with address quality, mail design, presentment and tracking. Having two dedicated teams – one focused on postage and one focused on processing – means that our customers will be better positioned to address ongoing U.S. Postal Service® initiatives to improve quality and stamp out waste.

And, because DST Mailing Services’ associates are always looking to the future – they also continue to use their expertise to represent the interests of First-Class ® mailers with industry trade associations, in addition to managing compliance and other postage-related activities.
