Steve Towle

President & Chief Executive Officer

Steve oversees all aspects of DST Output. Throughout his 26-year career, Steve has held senior leadership positions at Scudder, Stevens & Clark and Boston Financial Data Services, an affiliate of DST Systems.

Frank Delfer
Executive Vice President of Technology, Chief Technology Officer

Frank leads DST Output’s technology organization which is comprised of systems development, engineering and maintenance, product management, postal relations and eSolutions.

Frank has nearly 31 years of experience and expertise as a leader in computer-related services including data processing and engineering systems, and related technical services.

In 1987, Frank was the founding president and general manager of International Billing Services (IBS), which now comprises DST Output's West operation center. Prior to recently re-joining the company, Frank served as vice president and CIO, AT&T Consumer Services.

Karl Turner

Executive Vice President of Operations

Karl is responsible for DST Output’s three operation centers in Hartford, Connecticut; Kansas City , Missouri; and El Dorado Hills, California. Karl also leads the Client Services organization, which is responsible for client satisfaction, relationship and account development. Karl has held various senior leadership positions since joining the company in 1979. Previously he served as director of Operations for Atlantic Richfield Oil Company.

Jim Reinert

Executive Vice President of Business Development

Jim provides strategic oversight to DST Output’s healthcare, Direct Mail, and other key business initiatives. Jim joined the company in 1989 after serving two years at DST Systems, Inc. He has more than 32 years of operations and manufacturing experience, having also served in management positions with Midwest Research Institute, Rockwell International, and Arthur Young and Company.

Lino Carnesecca

Senior Vice President, Systems Development & Support

Lino leads DST Output’s Systems Development & Support organization, which is responsible for national manufacturing systems, customer applications, platform development, product management and development, data center operations, and business continuity. Lino has served in various management roles at DST Output for 19 years. Previously, he was with Tandem Computers and IBM.

Dawne Chandler

Vice President, Operations

Dawne is responsible for DST Output’s Business Project Management Office as well as the company’s strategic planning process. She has been with DST Output 10 years in various senior leadership positions in sales, marketing, process re-engineering, and product development. Previously, Dawne was with IBM for 18 years, where she held a number of senior sales, customer relationship, and management consulting positions.

Tim Ross

Vice President of Sales

Tim is responsible for business development in the communications and utilities vertical markets. He has more than 24 years of professional sales, sales management, and account management experience, having worked previously at Moore Corporation for 18 years. He has been with DST Output five years.

Ray Matteson

Vice President of New Business Development & Strategic Accounts

Ray is responsible for the development of large business opportunities, primarily in telecommunications. He has held various management positions at DST Output during his 30-year tenure. Previously, he was director of Sales and Marketing for United Cable Television.

Mary Ann Sutherland

Vice President of Human Resources & Support Services

Mary Ann oversees human resources and support services, including employee relations; staffing; training and development; and health, safety & environment. Previously, she worked in customer service for the Lee Company. Mary Ann has been with DST Output 28 years.

Cheryl Kananowicz

Vice President, Sales & Corporate Communications

Cheryl oversees the development of large business opportunities in the financial services, healthcare and insurance vertical markets in addition to Sales Support, Corporate Communications and Direct Marketing. She has been with DST Output 15 years in various positions in Marketing, Client Services & Systems, and Sales Support. Prior to joining DST Output, she held various positions for Bank of Boston and Newfield Publications.

Steve Hodlin

Vice President, Business Excellence

Steve leads DST Output’s quality systems and business excellence focus. He has over 25 years experience in the quality sciences, including an appointment by the U.S. Department of Commerce as a Baldrige National Quality Award senior examiner and several certifications from the American Society for Quality. Steve has been with DST Output for three years, and previously held leadership positions at Boston Financial Data Services, Eaton Semiconductor Equipment, Fusion Systems Corporation, and Penril Datability Networks.

Tom Burns

Chief Financial Officer

Tom is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations. He joined DST Output in 2007 after serving at parent company DST Systems for more than six years. Throughout his 16-year career, Tom has held various positions, including at Price Waterhouse; UOP; Boots Pharmaceutical; and The Quaker Oats Company, where he worked with the Gatorade and Life Cereal brands.
